How much can fit into each skip?

A 2 cubic metre skip will hold approximately 2 - 3 trailer loads and a 3 cubic metre skip will hold approximately 4 - 5 trailer loads.
Bulk will take up space so if it’s packed well, you will be able to fit more in.

What kind of things can be put in the bin?

You can put in general domestic or commercial rubbish, building materials and gardening waste.
No wet cell batteries, paint or asbestos. Some items such as tyres and fridges can be taken away (separately) on a per item cost basis.

How do I know how much it will all cost me?

The weight will very depending on what you put in it. Our 2 and 3 cubic metres skip, if filled at full level with broken concrete or dirt should not exceed 4 tonnes.
We can give you a quote prior and give you some tips on how to best utilise the use of the bin.

The bins have drain holes at the bottom of them to prevent extra weight carried should it rain.

Where can the bin be placed?

On any part of your private property with reasonable access for drop off; A permit from the council will be needed if you wish to place it else where.
The driver would need this before placement of the bin.

What are the payment terms?

We require that the bin hire is paid prior or on day of delivery, this way, the customer will not be require to be present at the place of drop off.
The pick up and dumping will incur a final tipping fee (rates are set by Byron Shire Council) which will be charged to the customer accordingly.
A receipt with weight and cost will be provided by the council.
